Point of Sale System: Open Produce
The Challenge
A local, independent grocery store couldn’t afford a large commercial Point-of-Sale register system, but needed to shorten the time it took to ring up each customer. They also wanted detailed sales information, so they could see what was selling and when.
Our Solution
We combined inexpensive off-the-shelf hardware and custom-built software to develop a system that fit their needs like a glove. They can ring up sales, keep track of inventory, run credit cards, and print loyalty cards all from the same robust system.
